New Public Display...Cottonwood Restaurant

I am pleased to announce a new public display at the historic Cottonwood Restaurant and Bar at Hilltop Lodge, downtown Truckee, California. This display will run through the end of January, 2007.

This display features some of the largest pieces I have yet offered, including several 24"x36" framed prints and one of my new gallery wraps in the same size.

I also have a section dedicated to some of my black and white photography. It provides a nice contrast to my normally colorful view of the world...

The Cottonwood provides the best view in town and features an eclectic menu, a full bar with adventurous wine list, a warm fireplace to take the chill off a cold winter evening and live acoustic music every Friday and Saturday.

Please stop by and enjoy Truckee's premiere spot for fine dining. While you're there, why not buy one of my photographs. They make a wonderful holiday gift idea!

I am planning on an artist's reception here in early December. I will update that information as soon as I have dates and times confirmed.

Nik-N-Willie's Display has ended...

My public display at Nik-N-Willie's Pizza has ended. Thanks to all those who stopped by and made positive comments!

I will have a new public display going up tomorrow. This will be my largest display ever and will run through the end of January.

Gallery Wrapped Prints Now Available!

I am pleased to announce the availability of canvas wrapped gallery prints in a limited selection of sizes.

You now have the option of choosing any of my fine art photographic images and having them printed on artist's canvas which is stretched over a wooden frame and comes ready to hang.

These prints are available in 11"x14", 16"x20", 20"x30" and 24"x36" sizes.

I will have several of these wraps on display starting this November here in Truckee.

Fall in the Eastern Sierra...

I have spent time in the last week chasing the fall colors in the Eastern Sierra Nevada. Unfortunately, conditions have been hit and miss. Some areas are already past prime and others, still green. It was not unusual to find trees that were green, yellow and bare - all in the same stand. Overall, I felt that most displays were simply "dull" this year. Oh well...this was not my fall for outstanding conditions.
