Mexico...

Our cruise to Mexico was great. The weather was perfect and I was able to seize some excellent photographic opportunities. For anyone considering a Mexican Rivera cruise, I can highly recommend the Carnival Pride, 7 day trip.

While in Puerto Vallarta, I did some whale photography on the Bay of Banderas. I was treated to breaching humpbacks and was able to capture some great frames.

I was also able to shoot some great stock photos along the Pacific...

All in all - a great trip!

Los Angeles...

We're currently in L.A. after finally getting out of foggy Reno this morning. The flight was delayed an hour or so due to ZERO visibility. Luckily, after two missed approaches, our Southwest pilot was able to get the bird on the ground to pick us up.

Once we arrived in L.A., we hopped the shuttle to our hotel in Long Beach, home of the Queen Mary and settled in for the evening.

Tomorrow, it's off to the Carnival Pride for seven days of fun...

See ya...

If you happen to be in the Northern California area, please check out the Coldwell Banker Real Estate, "Winter Showcase of Homes" magazine. Inside the front cover is a two page spread that features four of my photographs.

Welcome to my Blog...

I've started this "Notes From the Field" section so that I might be able to update my friends and customers on what's going on. I write this as I prepare to leave for a cruise to the Mexican Rivera, along the Pacific Coast. I'm hoping for some spectacular sunsets and some whale watching (and picture taking).

Check back from time to time to see what's going on "In the Field".
