Change in Public Display

As part of the North Tahoe Arts program, I moved one of my "Art in Public Places" displays for the summer to the U.S. Bank building at 705 North Lake Blvd, Tahoe City. These were the 10 photographs that were on display at the Kings Beach Library. They will be on display through August 31st, 2005.

So, if you are in Tahoe City, stop by the upper lobby at the bank building and view my work.

*Note - my one large piece at the Truckee Library will remain in place indefinitely.

Take care all,

Bill

Ashland, Oregon

I had the opportunity to spend some time in Lithia Park, Ashland, Oregon today. The light rain and wet foliage created some wonderful conditions.

Lithia Creek...

Wonderful colors...

Spring runoff...

Later in the day, I went to Emigrant Lake south of town and found several Ospreys working the spillway which was flowing full force. This presented some great photographic opportunities.

Watching, waiting...

It was pretty breezy and the prevailing wind allowed them to hover directly overhead waiting for the right moment to dive for their prey.

All in all, a good day!
