East Shore - Lake Tahoe...

I spent some time on the east shore of Lake Tahoe today, arguably one of the most beautiful spots in the west. The water was not quite as smooth as I would have liked but there were still some great photographic opportunities.

This is at Hidden Beach...

This is south of Sand Harbor...

The water level is coming up nicely after years of drought. The lake is still several feet below the high water mark but it is better than it was. Lake Tahoe covers 192 square miles so it takes a bit of water to bring it up!

Take care,

Bill
