Yosemite in the late Fall...
I had the opportunity to spend a couple of days in Yosemite National Park on a quick photo shoot with good friend and fellow photographer, John Musaus. Our late fall weather here in Northern California has been simply spectacular - clear and unseasonably warm.
Here are some frames that I was able to capture...
Last light on Half Dome from Glacier Point...
The light was interesting in this old burn area...
El Capitan in the afternoon light...
After sunset, the earth's shadow turned a brillant purplish-pink...
**********
A good trip. On our way in, my wife hopped out along Tioga Pass road and hiked 11 miles to the valley floor and met us in the late afternoon. She hates be a photographer's widow.
If you get the chance, please visit John's website as well.
Until next time...
Bill
